"They wasted hours of our time quoting us then in the final steps, said that underwriting required proof of a “water leak detection system with automatic shut off” in the home. That because the home was going to be used part time for short term rentals, something they knew from the start, that this was a must-have. Seemed unreasonable. When I asked, can this policy be given to us and then we have something like 30 days from closing to install such system in the home, they said no. Lovely customer service."
